A grill, a Sunday, and an argument about meat

How we cook
Patient food
The daeho-kalbijjim tradition we cook in is patient food: short ribs braised until they give, marinades left overnight, banchan made in the morning for that evening's tables. Nothing here is fast, which is the point. Bring people you want to sit with for a while.

How we host
As much help as you want
Our host will walk you through a ssam wrap if it is your first time, and will leave you alone with the tongs if it is not. Both are the correct amount of help.
